I would say shorter is better for now filler/crap tracks buuuuuuut, FN... So Idek.

I want a 13/14 track album that we all say should be shortened to 11 tracks with a deluxe containing 5 to 7 more songs 

I want another cohesive 10 track album + deluxe 6 months after with max 4 new tracks + single versions with featured artists (Billie and/or Doja)

The Dance The Night version was good too 

She already has 2 smash eras, if this one flops at least we know she’s delivering quality based on how good Houdini is  

This song better hit number 1 before I go Houdini.

I would like to see an Interpolation or a mashup of Thriller in this song.

 

This era is not going to flop, the dramatics 

 

Perhaps Houdini is slightly underperforming because to the average listener it is quite similar to her work on FN. Obviously us fans we can tell it’s more evolved/elevated but perhaps a large portion of the GP don’t think this one sounds particularly fresh or new for her.

Lately I've developed this theory that it's good for an album to have 2 or 3 "bad" tracks. Something psychological. It makes us like the good tracks even more and narrows the list of potential tracks that will make it to the tour setlist, so less people are bummed out if a certain track isn't there. 

FN had like 3 fillers. The title track and the last two 

 

I wouldn't call Cool filler but feels totally out of place there

Ooh everything you said immediately became invalid 

The problem is US 

And the problem with US is that Dance the Night is still strong and also Houdini is slightly too loud for their taste 

She should have waited and release this the 1st week of January but i guess they had already planned the era and they weren't expecting DTN to do so well 

Today we will be blessed with longer version of the already excellent masterpiece

 

My workouts will never be the same 

I only ever use the Live In LA version of Don’t Start Now so I am ready for this to become the definitive version of Houdini.
