Despite what ATRL says, Selena Gomez is one of the most popular celebrities in the world. I honestly think she could pull off a stadium tour in big cities across the US, Europe and South America.

 

The demand IS there. She hasn't toured in 7 years. 

Could she sell it?  Arguably, majority yes, but I don't think it would sell out quite like you think. But real talk,  live performing is not her strong suit as it is, a STADIUM tour would only further exemplify this. It would be LYTLM 2019 AMAs reaction x10.  I think it would backfire.

Sure if she learns how to sing on key. 

Will we even get a new album?

I feel she could perform at RLA Here since last time I saw her she performed at Margret which is 4th biggest stadium in my state. 

 

MTC (4th biggest) > RLA (3rd biggest) > AAMI (2nd biggest) > MCG (the biggest) 

 

guess will see if she ever drops a new album.  shes quite fun to watch perform 

no, not because she doesnt have star power. But because she is not a credible live artist, like you dont need to be an amazing exceptional performer but at least you need to do the job, singing for 2 hours straight is not an easy task and Selena just cannot do it.

She has bad rep amongst the public in the live arena.

 

By relevance and sheer commercial power yeah I can see her sell out a date at an East coast or West coast production and maybe even an Asia date or a Latin Am.

 

But ticket sales are gonna hurt because of years of her getting clowned for being a bad singer + bad live performer.

She has an awful reputation for live performances so I don’t think the GP would be interested in stadium ticket prices to see her. There’s nothing wrong with sticking to arenas, if she ever even does tour again, which I doubt will happen.

Honestly I want her to.  I’m tired of having to fight people for tickets.   Artists need to perform in larger venues so there are more tickets and my life can be easier.
