They have sold more albums in than the person in your AVI who’s an established icon, so yes.. Sam also qualities, I understand your upset over this but let’s not get out of topic

You mean that one album in 2014 when Sam was still pretending to be a straight man? Because they haven’t had a successful album since they came out that see through closet almost a decade ago.

LGBTQ aren’t living for Sam Smith, you can drop that lie. Most of us find them corny

Still doesn’t change the fact, their  still one of the best selling LGBTQ artists of all time…:coffee2:

What are you talking about, Sam has scored numerous hits and albums, after coming out..:rip:

Imo taking pictures with cops is a bad look but Sam isn’t from the US so they may not know about the optics there.

idk what cops in the UK are like though. Probably bad but not as bad idk

There's nothing wrong with taking a picture with these men. It's basically social medias being negative and hateful.

poor cops

the teenage girl pose is giving james charles... why are they doing that? pathetic

I don’t get it? Surely the police are there to stop anything happening to any LGBTQ+ people at pride? Would people rather there not be any police presence and risk violence?

yes some police are trash wbk. not every single cop are bad. Imagine thinking just because Nicki Minaj is a bad person then all female rappers are bad people, it doesn’t make sense.

if anyone wants to educate me on why this is an issue? I don’t even like Sam but this is a reach to get triggered over surely?

Imagine if these Twitter users actually devoted their time to advocating for police reform instead of complaining about celebrities online

This. The outrage is just extremely selective and goes for whatever will get them easy RTs/likes

Don't people get tired of complaining and whining over... well... nothing? I feel like it has less to do with Sam posing with cops and more of people desperately jumping onto a hate train, for whatever reason. What they're talking about doesn't even make sense. It's not as if these were the cops that killed George Floyd or murdered Breonna Taylor, if they want to talk about 2020. People need to get a grip.

I’m not sure why ATRL and Twitter think that a celebrity who regularly depends on security and police would not be supportive of the people who protect them. :gaycat6:

I know for a fact them cops are holding their breath. You can definitely tell on his face on the left.

Just musty.

Sam is going to the Lil Nas X route, where they needs controversy to be successful.

typo

here we go again with another ATRL thread that has the nuance flown out the window by post 0.

if y'all don't know why cops are bad then why are y'all (not everyone, yes I know) posting embarrassing comments already? y'all are no different than twitter posters but y'all sure do like to believe otherwise. :skull:

does this mean I agree with those twitter comments and that we should burn Sam at the stake? no, obviously not. but what is the use in commenting on threads like these if your reaction to extreme posts is jumping to the other extreme and thinking you doing something?

Some people in here pretending to be upset by this... I've seen some of you hating on Sam for no reason in a lot of other threads. Please.

Like y'all wouldn't be calling the cops the minute you have an emergency. :rip: Please be serious

You could’ve criticized Sam without resorting to fatphobia.
