I think Dr. Luke used to take Katy's phone while she was in the booth recording to tweet **** like this, it was supposed to be an inside joke between the two of them but as Twitter's popularity grew and tweeting mechanics changed the context of it was lost and everyone started thinking Katy was lashing everyone unprovoked.
