Idgaf if they're from Texas or whatever Republicans, as awful as their positions are, leave basically no ambiguity about what they stand for. Their anti-trans politics, Islamophobia, etc. don't suddenly disappear because the candidate happens to be running in California instead of Alabama Meanwhile no one seems to know what Democrats actually stand for because it depends on the candidate, and it shouldn't be like that when it comes to basic rights. voters shouldn't have to wonder whether the Dem candidate in their district/state actually supports and protects their rights. There should be some basic principles that are non-negotiable nationally
