It would still be top 10 if she had released To Be Acclaimed as a single. 

Endlessly frustrating how this album was left to flounder despite all of the pre release buzz/press/etc

It's just a very bad and boring album. I remember saying it during its release and having fights with ATRLers who were calling it a masterpiece

Vegas gave it a nice boost. Could have been worse 

The more you think about it, the worse it looks like. I mean it's Adele. And the fact that her most recent album is below at least 200 albums speaks VOLUMES. I mean even Born to Die which was released over a Decade ago is above 30
