Omg sounds GORGEOUS

I mean w/ the fan's reception of Serpentina she might as well start new again. I still bop to the songs when they come on though this would be a standout among them based on the snippet

She saw the Serpentina reception and said "lemme dig the vault", love that! Sounds good

she reminds me of Britney 2007 dancing at Millennium studios  

How many snippets has she teased then never released? Add this to the list.

Holding back is the only highlight on the album. The rest of the songs (and I really like a few of them) are just messier, shorter, worse versions of her other songs.

literally the worst song ever existed

BANKS' last album was so bad. I really feel like she's lost her touch. Not a single good song on that album. Meteorite is a bop and Unleavable is decent, but nothing compared to Goddess or III or even The Altar. She's teased so many songs that have never seen the light of day so nobody moved for this and we'll likely never hear it. But she better serve quality for her next project or she's done for, I fear and I say this as a stannnnn.

Serpentina is probably my least favorite album of 2022. I can't think of a single song on the album that I can say that I like.

Holding Back is a stellar discography highlight but yeah otherwise i unfortunately didn’t love Serpentina. her first three albums set the standard INSANELY high, i mean this is the woman who damn wrote F*ck Em Only We Know, Better, Gemini Feed, and SAWZALL! lemme listening this snippet after i get off work…

I need more songs like Sawzall. 

Serpentina was kinda awful.  I only use Holding Back and Meteorite.  I'll unstan if she serves us another album of nothingness.

i never understood the hate against serpentina, i've been in love with BANKS since early goddess days and i love that album so much, seeing her live was an EXPERIENCE.

I still comeback to Serpentina sometimes and it is not as bad as some of you make it out to be, but I have to agree that it is her worst album. Something is just off with it. I think It could have been a cute EP though:

5. Skinnydipped

6. Burn
