Because, Key, Minho, Onew and SHINee have been relevant to SM in Japan, they always tour there, they have fanmeets and stuff, they make a profit off SHINee, so yaaaa new material. the Baekhyun situation is simple, if he can sell 1M+ albums off a 6 track mini album, why produce a whole 10 track album ?

That makes no sense, because the same logic could be applied to any SM act who sells 1m+. He should have a full already.

They aren't above SKZ though, since SKZ are #6 while ENHYPEN are #11. Though ENHYPEN did manage to rank higher than one of SKZ  albums (Oddinary) which is also #14 on the chart. 

 

And with ENHYPEN being over TXT, it makes sense since they simply had a better year than TXT in 2022. ENHYPEN are kinda the dark horse among the 4th gen bg trinity (SKZ, TXT, ENHYPEN) and people kinda underestimate them. Their Spotify stats are closer to TXT and SKZ than we think. They are also the 5th most streamed 4th gen act on Spotify and "Fever" is the 6th most streamed 4th gen song on Spotify and the 2nd most streamed  4th gen bg song after "God's Menu".

Honestly the first nct solo will probably be taeyong, especially since he's enlisting next year.

I love wayv but the whole chinese unit concept should've been scrapped since suju and exo's chinese units failed. ten should've been added to 127 and the remaining wayv members should've formed their own unit and be the "international" nct unit (especially since wayv barely promotes in china) and make english music.
