  1. Oh so you're QAnon adjacent, got it.
  2. She should release the original video as a gift.
  3. That's not how AI works. It's an umbrella term. It's like someone being a gay man, and then accusing them of being a lesbian because they're both under the LGBT. There's nothing in this announcement that indicates it's using "stolen data", in fact nothing points to it being generative AI at all. Are you this made when you use Face ID to unlock your phone? Are you this made when your phone autocorrects a misspelling? Are you this mad when YouTube recommends you a video? All examples of AI/ML. DUMB and LOUD.
  4. I do know my ****, I literally work in the Data Science field. Continue being loud and wrong if you want though. You're commenting up a storm in the GTA 6 thread, do you not think machine learning will be used in GTA 6?
  5. It's actually the most frustrating thing in online spaces at the moment. People hear "AI" and get up in arms, not knowing it's an umbrella term… I saw someone getting mad on Twitter the other month about the Mario Kart using AI for its racers (which it has been doing since the 90s).
  6. People are so dumb and uneducated when it comes to AI. The website clearly says that this venture is using MACHINE LEARNING ("multimodal data analysis and predictive machine learning"). Which is a subset of AI, but is not GENERATIVE AI which is the type of AI that most people are thinking of (ChatGPT, Claude etc). So the type of AI being used here isn't the one that's using up all the water and creating these large data centres.
  7. I think it's real. If you look at some of his posts, you can see people randomly saying stuff like "sending lots of love" like 3 days ago. A true legend.
  8. It's a masterpiece but I find it hard to pick out songs from this album. Especially Tennis, I have to pair a listen of it with Madeline.
  9. I love Charmbracelet, and she needed to do a pivot vocally because it wasn't sustainable doing that for another 10 years (as we can see). I think it just came out at the wrong time, and post-Glitter it just made it seem like she lost it when in reality she didn't as Charmy was actually a great time for her vocally. Without Charm we wouldn't have gotten Emancipation, so either way you look at it, it was worthwhile.
  10. The triumph of Confessions 2 is that Madonna is returning to form and taking elements of past triumphs (Debut, Erotica, Bedtime Stories, Music, Confessions)… Katy Perry has no form to return to because she never made an amazing album. The closest she could do is to try and replicate and elevate Teenage Dream and we all saw how that turned out with 143.
  11. She has the talent, but she doesn't have the taste. Opposite issue to Addison, but it works for Addison because she knows her limits and works within it. Taste > Talent
  12. Janet definitely overtook Michael in the 2000s. All for You was massive and ruled that year, and a big comeback after TVR did worse than her self titled. If her label didn't collapse, it would have even more hits. That was truly the only time her album did better than Michael but from HIStory onwards they were close.
  13. See, this is where I get confused because I've heard both that the kids description matched AND the total opposite. Also the description couldn't have been that accurate is if it was denied into evidence in the 2005 trial. I find this whole MJ allegations so frustrating to follow because both extremes will do too much. People who think he's innocent will obscure anything that points to him being guilty, and people who think he's guilty will omit some facts of the case to make it seem worse.
  14. From my research into the 2005 trial, these books were in a closet with a bunch of other books/items/letters that were given to Michael by fans. His room is like 700 square feet and 2 floors, so it's not like they were by his bedside cabinet. The inscription in the first book is weird but the person who gifted the book to him said that she asked Michael to give it back to her and write a note in it, which he seems to have done. She even testified to it in the 2005 case. Also, his fingerprints were not found in the books. Ultimately, it's obvious he was inappropriate with kids but the question will always linger on how inappropriate which is why he won the 2005 case and didn't go to jail.
  15. It is just messy and unprofessional, but it makes sense for this sites reputation. Also Michael never went to prison so it doesn't make any sense.
