their overall sales since 2020 - BTS, NCT, SVT and SKZ has always been outselling BP its nothing new

even TXT has outsold BP before

 

and most of them outselling BP in album sales doesn't make them even close to bp (no shade I literally stan nshitty and txt)

Their global fanbase has been bigger than BP for years now  Especially Seventeen. BP just makes more noise because they’re the “biggest gg” and is marketed better in the west.

It just goes to show that Koop sales are still largely boosted(inflated) by stan bulk buys and no one is truly that popular (maybe except BTS I guess).

A bulk of their sales come from their core fanbase, while BP’s YouTube and Spotify streams also come from a lot of casual fans (and big playlists). You see the difference? What are you trying to start here?

Wbk. There is no way some group be selling 1M albums but when it comes to touring, voting. Their fans are N/A. 
 

It’s more about which group has the biggest fanbase in China than overall popularity.
