i know were stanning the renaissance of visuelle but honestly it must have been really hard for her behind the scenes.

You’re 100% right and I never thought about it like that!  Giselle has been my bias since debut era so it’s not like I suddenly switched or anything, she’s been my girl since the very beginning 🫂

It's literally cube's own fault. The album doesn't sound anything like this.

Fun fact at their Myanmar concert in 2015 they revealed that Nightmare was supposed to be the title track, they already had the choreo and stage preparation for it, JiYoon was even supposed to do Illhoon verse too. 24/7 came late at the album production.

 

 

But this cube for you, we learn a few weeks ago that "I" was supposed to be LightSum title track, whIch is literally the fandom's favorite song (+ it's a LOONA song, yes the song was supposed to go for one of LOONA scrapped projects). The fact that the company just saw it and only starting to produce content about this song truly shows its capability.

But Circle charts literally count Japanese sales because if it was the case Seventeen would have been higher since they sold 2-3x more than both groups

Seems like a sensible explanation cause ain't no way Manifesto: Day 1 outsold and outstreamed SKZ Oddinary/TXT Minisode 2: Thursday's Child in Korea/US/Global scale.

Still hit the Gaon top 10, as opposed to CLC which never cracked the Gaon top 100.

 

If 2yoon wanted to go country, they should've borrowed from The BossHoss' shtick and did an album of countrified 4minute tunes in support of "24/7".

if so, then y’all know that the kpop album sales in 4th gen will still fly if the fanbase is big, even if the songs in them don’t do that well right? So what’s the point of this whole debate? Unless I’m missing to see something here.

The whole conversation is about how Enhypen Manifesto: Day 1 outsold Stray Kids Oddinary and TXT Minisode 2: Thursday's Child based from the IFPI top 20 global album report in 2022. If the repackage Dimension: Answer made it instead then we won't have this conversation because we knew Polaroid Love smashing. As far as I knew Oddinary and Thursday's Child charted higher than Manifesto: Day 1 in Korean Circle/Gaon Year End Album Chart.
