Wendell getting a comeback and aespa releasing twice this year  Joy deserves it first tbh but I'll take it and pray for ha cvnty serve; poor Irene and Yeri still being N/A but I wouldn't be shocked if one of them didn't want to go solo. And yay to Red Velvet always beating the shelved allegations

Wendy actually has the second biggest RV fandom to Irene now. And her solo was before Joy’s so it makes sense that she’s getting a comeback before her although Joy really should have a comeback this year bc she’s the only one with solo potential to actually do well.

If Yoona wasn't the best SNSD seller, I'm sure Irene won't be the best on RV, SM already tested waters with that Raiden collab and it did nothing, don't get me wrong, I'm here for any RV solo, but it's not like the GP and fandom are expecting music from her lol, her road was the idol-actor path and she made sure to end that possibility.

Irene would 100% be the best seller. Her fandom has always contributed the most to group orders. Her popularity with the general public might’ve died but her fandom power is only increasing  and Taeyeon ALWAYS had the biggest fandom from SNSD.

It's the way that aespa's lore is supposed to include all SM artists (on their roster). The gag is that the most interesting thing about aespa's lore is the fact that it references other SM groups. Maybe BoA will destroy KWANGYA and release aespa from the shackles of this concept.

I think Taeyeon's popularity is on par with Yoona's though?

That Raiden collab was so random though, and it didn't marketed as an Irene's solo debut or whatsoever too, and that type of sound clearly won't smash as well.

 

Irene's fanbase have always been the #1 orders out of the girls, for every single comeback

Her album sales will definitely be significantly higher than the rest of the girls
