Ateez is obviously full of talented boys who can perform really well, but my main problem with them is how much they blend in with so many other bgs in 4th gen lol. Like if you show a non-fan their songs and videos and they wouldn’t know if it’s from them or SKZ or p1harmony or Victon etc. Like i need some distinct identity to really get into a group, when there are so many bgs in the 4th gen with similar image and concepts. The only ones who stand out in terms of their image right now among the big ones are TXt and ENHYPEN (pass the mic was an exception I hope).

They look fine as hell

 

Obviously they're not as big as the likes of SKZ, TXT, Enhypen, Treasure, and arguably The Gayz because they came from small company KQ entertainment which home to Block B after the lawsuit with previous agency. Anyway while I'm personally not fond of their later discographies but you can't deny they're talented and I believe Hongjoong and Mingi are the most credited 4th gen Kpop idols on KOMCA after SKZ 3Racha.

 

As for Atinys (Ateez stans), they need to learn that they can brag their faves without degrading other groups. I don't get why Atinys like some other stanbases are so obsessed with SKZ and keep coming for them

Like the amount of impact this song has and the amount of sons it created made every 4th gen bg wanting their own version, which can be seen in todays bg landscape  Though not everyone can be SKZ I fear

 

And they manage to succeed these much despite Youtube being OSKZH actively sabotaged them
