The best thing for them to do is sit tight. Though it will be a rocky ride with the news that LSM is in talks to sell his shares to HYBE now out of spite.

 

If they sued SM, they'd end their careers, plus I'm pretty sure SM contracts have a non-competition term, which means they'd be blocked from promoting on TV etc. if they left.
