At current pace, in 62-63 days total. This is based on an average of 16 million daily streams, which will drop over the coming weeks. It’ll almost certainly break the record of 118 days, possibly do it in 100 days or less but that’ll be close.

Certain people on here that are uncontrollably bitter at Miley’s success and trying to hold it together.  Can’t believe that person still owns the Spotify thread and completely abandoned it when the historical numbers became too much to look at on a daily basis.

Anyways, yet another increase and stabilized update.  Her best written song to date absolutely deserves all this love.

Easy for those who say mothers daughter deserve etc… that wasn’t a very gp friendly or commercial. This is eveything the gp love about a pop song. Relatable, catchy, quotable, very well done pop song. You can’t get any better than this song tryin to score a hit. My sister not usually into pop like this and she’s always blasting this song. This song has an effect on people… it stays in your head. The timing is perfect too.

It’s not impossible. Streams in Asia will be up week-on-week by quite a significant margin as they’re only just catching up compared to the rest of the world. If the week-on-week streams everywhere else stay fairly stable, it’s in touching distance. Streams are usually up on Friday vs Thursday and the week-on-week decline has been very minimal so far.
 

It seems like 18 million+ is inevitable.. but can she push to a new peak? If she’s going to do it, it’ll be today (tomorrows update)
