It’s going to fall off eventually but it’s almost impossible to predict when it’s going to happen. It is important to note that the song is currently rising exponentially in Asia the same way it was rising everywhere else in Week 1 and the week-on-week decline in other major markets yesterday was very minimal. If it retains a minimal week-on-week drop in USA/UK/other major markets and continues to rise in Asia then today’s update will be massive again. Songs typically *marginally* increase Monday-to-Tuesday in most markets (we’re talking tens of thousand) so it could even do +2 million* vs yesterday and pull in 18 million+ streams again I just have no idea what to predict anymore lol. Edit; on reflection, probably not? The day-on-day increase Monday vs Tuesday in USA/UK/Etc won’t be as big as the Sunday vs Monday increase and I don’t think the rise in Asia will be big enough to make the increase up to +2m. It’s worth noting the *very minimal* week-on-week decline in the USA and the UK, indicating the song has began to peak/stabilise in these markets. A re-peak isn’t out of the question but more likely to happen on Friday than any other day. I haven’t looked in to it, but I would attribute the WW gain to the significant rises the song is having currently in Asia (which is compensating for the week on week declines in other markets) If this trend continues, the song is likely to stabilise in the 16-17M region as there isn’t typically a massive day-on-day variance between Tuesday and Thursday (usually +100k or so per day) The fact that the song rebounded on a Monday indicates it’s following the usual day on day trajectory - so hopefully some more 16+ million updates to come with the possibility of re-peaking on Friday!
