I agree and it ain't all of us, but the delulu lambs do set us back when they post stuff like that.

It just doesn't help. 

 

Mariah can still sing, she is just lazy with bad habits.

Lambs having to deflect to sales and Xtina because they can't defend this. Any time their fave messes up live, it's just deflection after deflection.

 

I hope Mariah is paying you all per post defending her because videos like this clearly show that she doesn't care about her voice.

Mariah has never been the best vocalist of all time. Not even close. Don’t even try it…  She was a very good singer but she has never been and will never be considered an all-time vocalist. Her singing next to a 60 year old Patti in what were considered her prime years and being continuously and effortlessly out-sung should have humbled some of you, but seemingly not. 

This my fellow ATRL’ers is why she doesn’t make All Time Artist/Vocalist lists because she simply isn’t it. It’s all smoke and mirrors and that’s why society in the year 2022 doesn’t consider her a living legend either. She is simply a popular Recording Artist from the 1990’s nothing more or less just a successful recording artist from the 1990’s.  

She sounds decent in recent clips. Yall reaching too much .

She needs to rest her voice.

Now sis let's give her credit she was definitely that great in the first few years of her career, but by the late 90s when she did those duets with Patti/ Aretha/ Whitney her voice was already in decline. I don't know another singer whose voice became damaged so quickly, Whitney was doing drugs all throughout her prime but even her voice didn't lose power as fast as Mariah's did.

I've seen her live, and I get your point. 

It was way past her prime, but the thing with talented singers is that you know they're worthy of grabbing the mic and be there on stage once you hear them sing live. Mariah's voice boomed through the arena. It is special despite the flaws and all.
