You guys she is sick, after a full set her voice just gave up... ugh I hate you sometimes

Y'all are being so dramatic  She's litererally sounded fine as recently as last week. In fact, she's sounded great for years now. Ever since the NYE catastrophe her voice has come back really strong. If she's sick, she's sick.

The dramatics here, she said she's sick right from the start but you can bet the Xtina stans are always checking for flaws at sold out tours

Sick or not, her live performances and vocals haven't been very good in decades...

She hasn’t been a particularly great live singer for a really long time now so no I’m not surprised.

Mariah doesn’t take care of her voice at all, it’s so inconsistent.

That was PAINFUL to watch. I do give her some kudos for not lipping.

 

But she needs to get those nodules removed ASAP. The inconsistency of her voice is as epic as her voice itself. I know she fears what happened to Julie Andrews could happen to her, but those techniques have advanced a lot in the past 25 years. And it can't get worse than this...

Mariah vocals have been in steep decline for over a decade now yall  why are we acting like this is brand new info. 

At least the backup singers and the crowd were serving enjoyable vocals

And now y'all look like fools because she's serving Beacon 2014 at the second MSG night after healing from whatever illness she had.  

 

It was obvious something was wrong because she wasn't able to do any basic fifth octave belts or hold her breath in basic phrases. Her voice is obviously not 1995 level (no voice can sustain that long), but she can still have great nights when healthy and rested. 

 

Interesting that atrl left this thread open about a sick Mariah (and a topic beaten to death) when similar recent ones for Dua and Gaga bad nights were closed in minutes.

Girl this has been a thing for over 2 decades now 

it hurts seeing her like this. she's had multiple issues with her vocal chords for years now. hopefully, she can recover soon.

Fighters being pressed she sold out 4/4 arena shows while Xtina is playing halfway sold out parking lots so they have to latch onto bronchitis vocals. Poor that.
