While Britney is opposing the 12th accounting (the accounting for the 12th year of the conservatorship including payments to Tri Star and Jamie’s legal counsel), it has been discovered that Jamie NEVER filed accounting for the last year of the conservatorship. 
 

In addition, Jamie is continuing to stall by trying to obtain the surveillance records from a report filed by a former FBI agent, who corroborated the surveillance allegations made by The New York Times against Jamie, Tri Star, and Black Box security. The NYT obtained 180 hours of recordings and gave them to Rosengart. 

 

Meanwhile on Tri Star’s side, Robin Greenhill has filed an ex parte petition after obtaining new counsel (the same law firm TheSurpriseWitness used to work for) in the hopes of delaying the July 27th hearing where Judge Penny will decide whether Lou Taylor and Robin have to sit for depositions to August 11th. For timeline purposes, Jamie MUST sit for a deposition by August 12th.

The video kinda confirms that the missing $600 are real. Why would they try to silence her otherwise?

Most likely, which is nerve-wrecking bc they’re obviously trying to delay until the statue of limitations has passed on the surveillance issue.

I don't get why people are saying $600m is missing. They got caught moving that trust money and then put it back.

 

That's how Lou's valuation on her fraud company went from $60M in 2019 to 682M in 2020 back to $60M in 2021.

 

The main issue is how many times they double triple quadrupled dip in percentages off her money. The Trust money from what I believe is resolved

I don’t know anything about law in the US but I guess it will become very serious after his deposition that has to take place before August 12.
