Yeah, so "jail" is very unlikely to happen. These are civil (not criminal) proceedings. Yes, it's possible that if Jamie is deposed, that it could yield information relevant to a criminal case. But a law enforcement agency would need to decide to open a investigation, and most of these allegations may not be prosecutable or outside the statute of limitations.
