I'm not expecting chart performance from HMH tbh so I'm not that frustrating, in a way I'm actually kinda relieved because it might be bad for her acting career in the long run. If the only successful content from her film project is music related, the peers might not take her seriously.

Both Gaga and her team give 0 fucks about her music career at this point.

I think we should get used to the idea that what happened with Traumatica wasn’t an exception due to the pandemic and her hard feelings towards the recording process of that record.

She will from now on prioritise make up and her acting career. It’s easy to notice that these make her much happier and excited. 
Her team will ofc act accordingly to whatever she wants to do and not give 0 damns about something she’s not even passionate about.

 

We should stick to the idea that they’re not incompetent, but completely uninterested in pushing Gaga’s musical success as much as we want. We should also try less to make things happen for her songs if she clearly shows no interest in them. 
Streaming parties and mass buying or whatever. Let it go.

Ngl, with Interscope pushing the 1R song at radio soon, it's pretty much over for HMH. It's clearly not the hit they were expecting it to be, and the skip rate is probably ridiculously high so they're not bothering to push it on streaming.

But how does a song get on a playlist at #1 for only 45 minutes? And removed from A-List pop after a day... the skip rate must've been sabotaging the entire playlist
