Honestly, I’m ok with her not caring about charts. If it translates to her making her Dance Fever type album in the future, it’ll take that exchange. And if she’s happy selling make-up and acting, that’s fine too tbh.

Liddos really should outgrow the chart obsession after 15 years into her music career, she doesn't need charts success, you guys should stop caring so much about it too, especially over a side gig she took that isn't a studio album.

Of course if a single becomes hit organically that's great, like unexpected success of Shallow, but when it doesn't happen it's not a big deal.

The music industry is what it is to women at her age, you just can't compete younger female artists in charts performance. Look at those 1990s acts, this is where her music career is heading chart wise. What matters is album and concert sale when it comes to judging her music career.

She is fine and will do fine, melt down is really unnecessary.

Chromatica is miles better than FN

 

FN is a good album but super super polished. Chromatica is perfect beginning to end, and you're left wanting to listen again. By the end of FN you're glad it's over and you're ready to move on to something else. (imo of course)

Kinda agreed. Chart tracking should be done for the sake of book-keeping and historical reasons.

I mean, there's nothing wrong with us wanting her songs to do well. She's a commercial pop star that makes commercial music. Of course we want to see it do well, and it's fun following it. The ups and downs of a chart run is most of the fun lol
