I'm genuinely enjoying Harlequin. To be honest, I haven't listened to L4S or C2C much (maybe just an initial listen). But I see myself relistening to Harlequin. Really grateful to Gaga for making me (re)discover these American classics, especially for someone who only knew these songs from afar, not being from the anglosphere.

Our girls seems the happiest and most inspired she's been in years, she has one of the biggest songs of the year rn AND we're getting a new single in a few days.

I watched the film last night, and I really think the hate is overexaggerated. 

 

Both me and my partner expected a complete flop and we came out of the cinema thinking it was a solid film, with couple of weak aspects.

so i saw it last night and all i can say is that everything was very intentional and intentionally uncomfortable. every time she popped up singing it was like laughable torture but so on purpose. no one in the theater laughed at it like people keep saying on twitter. the whole audience left hopeless and empty and i believe that was the intention. the movie was a humiliation ritual for the joker showing how corrupt everything is and how even people only care about the spectacle, not the person. thats only my interpretation of it. the low scored are exaggerated although i understand how the regular movie goer wouldn't get it. there was a dad with two kids (?????) who left the second she pulled out the gun during a hallucination

Only incels and haters are blaming Gaga. GP is even defending her. She's fine. Idg the other posts here that she's getting a lot of hate. They keep saying the same thing again and again.
