I feel like at this rate, also as a bondafide performer and a successful and impactful musician, she will be invited back sometime later just like how Bruno and Bey did it twice with 1 being a joint show. I wouldnt mind a joint halftime betweem Gaga and a male act tho. Imagine if NFL does a Gaga + her male collabs ala Bruno, Bradley, Elton, Rolling Stone, Weeknd (potentially) kinda show

The thing with acts like Gaga and Bey, who have long, multi-decade runs at their respective labels, they are considered part of the foundation of the label itself. I say this to say, Interscope would fight tooth and nail to keep Gaga and for reasons beyond the charts. They want her for heritage and prestige and the bragging rights of her entire catalog being under their umbrella. In short, it's a flex.

 

For Gaga herself, unless the label starts doing her as RCA started doing their heritage acts like Xtina, Alicia Keys, Kelly, Pink, and co (2 singles, 1 video, and limited promotion per era), there's no real incentive to leave. Especially as another major label will either want to put her on a 360 (a hell no) or do her the type of distribution deal that looks good on paper but doesn't incentivize them to go all out for her as the returns wouldn't be worth it. Indie isn't an option either. 

That's a very accurate assesment. I don't know when Gaga's contract is up again, but the last time it was (after Joanne before The Cure), they were already fighting tooth and nail for Gaga to stay and gave her royality splits that are lowkey UNHEARD of in the music industry.
