This is why I think it's so dumb to wait for J:FAD hype. There's no guarantee that either a) the movie will be a success and b) that success will translate into her music career. And I'm saying this as someone who is actually optimistic about what the film will do for her career, but that will happen regardless of whether or not she releases an album beforehand, it just makes no sense to wait.
