Just dump everything out as quickly as possible. This Fortnite thing will be good to revisit an era that didn't get the promotion it needed at the time (due to that prolific worldwide germ). It might bring in some new fans or casual listeners who might check out her past work and make them interested in the next album. They may as well release the Chromatica Ball film (if it exists) in a week or two. Get it out of the way and nourish the hard-core fans until announcing the new rock-themed album and launch into a new era. Bombard everyone with as much as possible in a short space of time.
