I’ll say the implied that Matthew Williams (“Dada”) — Was a clear influence on her having fully realized eras artistically. Soon as he left, things began getting weird.

Luckily, her talent carries her through.

hmm he could have realized his time at Givenchy better if he was that good

I'm not too fond of this implication that other people were responsible for her success, cuz if they were, they would have had success outside of her

I do think they were excellent collaborators, they definitely brought out the best in each other

wasn't boomkack saying that she was responsible for gagas success or something, I would be fighting too if someone went on to take all the credit. I mean, shes an excellent choreographer, she definitely understood gagas strengths and weaknesses when it came to dancing, but she was crossing the line in 2011

Matthew Williams is hands down the most important influence on Gaga's career and success. Don't get me wrong, she started before him with her vision and carried on after with her vision, but he was the driver in her leveling up her creativity in the pop realm. No one can take that away from him, but talent isn't the only thing that carries her by any means.

As for Miss Kack, she was a great collaborator as well, but basically everyone has taken credit for Gaga's success at this point. And their stories are all the same. 'This girl came in with just bra on and I was like wtf but then she started singing a song and I knew exactly what to do with her!' You'll hear that a lot lol

So is Bloody Mary the second biggest song from BTW?

On paper, no. That would be Edge of Glory.

This whole narrative that Gaga old team is responsible for Gaga peak imo doesn’t add up. Yes they played a role in her creativity and success but too be fully responsible for that imo is giving too much credit. cause if all this was true where are they at? Where is Matthew and Mrs.boomkack making waves with other pop girls?

I do believe it takes an entire team to make a pop girl successful but I think the difference between now and in past is that Gaga herself was more focused and hungrier for recognition and success compared too now!

Hunter Schef is in Mexico...probably doesn't mean anything but Gaga always goes to Mexico after finishing an album. It's Puerto Vallarta tho, so it's probably related to gay stuff

This narrative that she always goes to Mexico after finishing an album... maam it's 2024

Now that JLo has MGM and Bey has the sphere it might be safe to say she won’t be Chained to Vegas again anytime soon

They were good wheels for a Ferrari (Gaga), but without the driving force of the motor they don't go anywhere.

Like Cher, Gaga has elongated features and looks so much more ethereal with long hair. The buns are never it, when will she & Frederic realize this? She isn’t a gamine kibbe type.

Do you forget in Five Foot Two where they were literally mastering album tracks the night the album released or...

It wasn't the night before. I think the documentary showed her finishing the album on this day:

This was September 17, 2016. The album came out October 21.

Plus, album's are usually finished further in advance these days due to vinyl delays.

She's never been chained to Vegas. Aside from the first leg, her schedule has never demanding.

Gaga as a flamboyant gamine is a common misconception in the kibbe community IMO - I think they type her with that because she’s short and is ~quirky to them. Gamines look great with short hair, are kind of elfin in features, and have a ~sassy undercurrent/vibe no matter what - like Emma Watson or Emma Stone. Like, the short crop at the LA premiere of Gucci was resoundingly not it, lol. If she was a true gamine, she would’ve pulled it off much better. Plus her body is more naturally curvy than typical gamine types and she has more width. Whereas drama (long, sweeping things like her McQueen 2010 VMAs look) suits her fine despite her small frame. She is a Soft Dramatic IMO.

lol, it’s so nerdy/niche, but it’s basically just body typing stuff by this stylist guy named David Kibbe, but it’s much more thorough than like “pear shaped” or whatever - it also takes account into your facial features, and  even your skeletal structure. Kind of reminds me of those quizzes like “are you a winter/summer/autumn?” etc, but I actually think there’s merit to a lot of it.
