I suppose it is because it is more cost-effective for them and less physically demanding for her. Apple had the financial resources, but even though Enigma may not be her best show, it is still more demanding than a Jazz/Piano-style show.

This wasn't even a jazz show tho. I think she just performed those 4 songs (Shallow, BR, BTW, SL) since other artists like Diana Ross were also performing.
