This performance proved to me that Stupid Love is simply not a good song. Usually, Gaga's acoustic renditions prove that her music works whether it's dance or stripped back. This was painful to listen

The melodies are bulletproof and she just can’t help bringing a song to life; even one that relies as heavily on its instrumental as Stupid Love does (the band really adds that flavour, it’s so joyful and classique).

It was meant to be a slower piano song so makes sense
