Production is way too fast paced / not really matching, but I like the vibe. 

I know we’re all hoping for music asap, but I think a June album release could be nice A summer album would be fun especially since chromatica got cut short before it could reach summer. Also if any of that interscope talk is real I bet they just mean they want the album to have a more structured campaign that doesn’t fall apart too soon, it doesn’t seem like anything to be concerned about. I’m feeling cautiously optimistic about this eras rollout

I’ve learned to assume her eras will be a messy letdown post-BTW, but I am still optimistic on the music itself and a few great videos/tour to go with it. 

I’ll say the implied that Matthew Williams (“Dada”) — Was a clear influence on her having fully realized eras artistically. Soon as he left, things began getting weird. 

 

Luckily, her talent carries her through.

Artpop is the only era that really felt like a mess that was her fault. Joanne had a solid run but after MR it seemed the album had nothing left. Chromatica was a mess but I don’t blame them for pulling the plug with all that was going on, even if other artists found a way to make pandemic eras work

He was from pre-TF and heading into BTW. 

 

He transitioned as BTW era began, and then things began changing (like TEOG video being scrapped as an example.)

BTW era is great in hindsight, but it was obvious things were getting strange behind the scenes even before her health issues. She was openly fighting with BoomKack, etc

Yeah, but I also think: “Who thought Perfect Illusion was a good radio single?” or why have Chromatica stuffed with 500 sponsorships? Even with regular promotion added in, it would’ve been a lot and weird for her.

 

I’m not meaning to imply anything about Gaga’s talent or her motives, but I think it shows when she surrounds herself with different types of personalities. 

The thought of JFAD trailer and LG7 lead dropping within the same month.

hmm he could have realized his time at Givenchy better if he was that good

 

 I'm not too fond of this implication that other people were responsible for her success, cuz if they were, they would have had success outside of her

I do think they were excellent collaborators, they definitely brought out the best in each other

wasn't boomkack saying that she was responsible for gagas success or something, I would be fighting too if someone went on to take all the credit. I mean, shes an excellent choreographer, she definitely understood gagas strengths and weaknesses when it came to dancing, but she was crossing the line in 2011

Yeah but remember IGAKOOY actually got nominated and probably came second. Had they sent both it might have just ensured one wasn’t even nom’d. She doesn’t see her pop in the same way she sees her side projects literally since ARTPOP, they always used them as the award vehicles. Whether lg7 changes that we’ll see.
