I’d probably add Million Reasons in there as a lead-in to Shallow. Mainly because of how big it was in the US, even if mainly local. 

ARUTW is her biggest solo hit in over a decade, she would be tripping not to include it in the setlist.

 

This "but she wrote if for Ally!" narrative makes no sense given that she often performs covers of songs by other artists at her shows anyway, meanwhile she literally wrote ARUTW herself.  It's just a straightforward and universal love song without any overt references to the characters or film and it makes perfect sense on its own without context. 

 

There is no good reason to exclude it.

Yeah Alejandro and Paparazzi should probably be added. I just think those 5-7 are the must haves. LoveGame, Telephone, The Edge of Glory etc could be a medley or interlude or something.

GAGA JUDAS was a MOMENT in Gaga’s career, and absolutely the right move. Maybe the US didn’t take it well cuz they all deranged there but y’all don’t recognize how huge that hit was the world over. It really was the right step in solidifying Gaga’s status as a worldwide superstar

Yeah maybe you’re right, but Judas as a single definitely helped maintain that trajectory. I think in America Judas had a much more mixed reception. Everywhere else in the world it was an iconic moment.
