Nah, I really think all the hype is what did her in. The voters thought she was a shoe-in so they voted for others instead. Enough did it that Gaga ended up missing.  Thankfully the BOS competition is never as strong.

My bestie (straight male GP ) stanned! He said it was good. He has very GP virw on her. He said her music was crap outside her first album and she did great in HoG  flop cancel!

Hold My Hand is a great song. Little Managers constantly comparing and over analyzing everything to death is so uneeded. Like the complaints about a few seconds in the intro... I can't with the nitpicking. 

 

When she did something different with Chromatica she "wasn't capitalizing on ASIB, the GP wants ballads!!1!1!!!!" 

 

Yall wanted her to replicate ASIB so bad (just to brag about her success) and when she does one soundtrack single in a similar fashion "it's not as good", "why can't she be edgy again?"

This is the constant little manager narrative. They want edgy and experimental, but would complain when it predictably flops. They want ASIB like ballads, and then complain that the lyrics don’t reference Jeff Koons.
