Gaga obviously will never treat ARTPOP II as a new era with promotion and stuff, in the best scenario she will just release an anniversary edition like BTW with the unreleased tracks, also ARTPOP got revalued in the last years by media with some positive articles, see also the Pitchfork official review that came out last year, a re-edition might just lead to a final media revalue of that project, I'm sure DJWS is perfectly aware that it's the best scenario it could happen and I'm sure they're in touch. For the rest they should work on a new music-project.
