I didn't know Eh, Eh had a slim jewel case release. I have the only one I thought existed officially which is the French card sleeve single. 

 

I think it has a better artwork so that's why I picked it though.

I have this one too, the one in Jewel case was released only in Australia and became immediately rare and expensive to get on eBay back in the day.
