Jessica Chastain has probably one of the less memorable Oscar win ever, aside from the fact her movie was a flop, Will Smith fist totally eclipsed the winners of that night.

Yeah, I’ve only watched HOG once. It was really too long and wasn’t really worth watching a second time. Gaga really did carry the movie though.

Gaga’s performance in HOG was so transformative. You can barley tell that it is her. Even though the movie was not a huge hit, it proved that Gaga is a serious actress and not a one trick pony.

Box office wise it did the best it could do given the period of release with Omicron resurgence, no rated R drama managed to did more even in 2022.

 

If it was released last year or this year with no Covid restrictions, it could have easily done +200M total.
