it's been so long since she toured worldwide and the concert market has grown a lot and her reputation as a performer is stable and great (especially thanks to the VMAs, australia and rio this year) so not that surprised

if she does a great show in this tour, the next one will be successful no matter how the album does. A good impression is important so people have a desire to buy tickets.

2 questions, do we know when she will announce US tour dates & is she dropping the 143 deluxe on Spotify anytime soon? 

I hope we get some new music from her in 2025, before the tour begins. 
KP7 is very unlikely to happen but maybe another droplet era again would be nice or at least some collabs.

Tanking ? 143 is currently in the top 20 on itunes in Turkey, while All the love is top ten in Malta.
