Oh this is for sure a 2027 release regardless of when they shoot it. I just wonder how much of her scheduling will change with how much demand fans showed for live concerts.

Everything pertaining to the US appears locked and ready for announcement so I don't think there will be any or many scheduling conflicts. She might not make it to international markets for concerts until early 2027 if Pretty Ugly does begin filming next fall.

I don't really know much about podcast, but she said she felt comfortable doing the Jake Shane one, and I also remember her being really open doing the one with Josh Peck in it and the Whitney Cummings one a few years ago was the best, so I just want to get all the juicy details and just interviews that we can really look back at after a while and enjoy because we didn't got many of those when BI.BO was released.

Even after all this time, her line delivery on "I hope it leads to a salon" still sends me.

Yeah and I remember seeing the vote counts just growing and growing. She really had the hype & potential back then, but releasing CTS as the comeback + jumping straight into Younger right after really killed the momentum. And once she had the chance to redo it, she put out a Tinder ad! War flashbacks truly.

 

Also, I wish she has something up her sleeves for December. No new music? Thats fine. But idk at least do some promo for Mature. Talk about it on radio/TV shows maybe. Or record an acoustic performance a la Tattoo & upload it to her Youtube, together with a special 2025 acoustic performance of What Christmas Should Be  idk gurl lets go promo.

I would love an acoustic performance or a proper backyard sessions type of thing. Maybe something like that will follow the album release? I'm hoping for another variant announcement before Christmas and a trailer for the docuseries.

I would love for her to do a couple interviews similar to the Variety one, but I feel like she's focused on rehearsals and probably trying to spend as much time as possible with her family before the tour next year, but we could/should get some footage from the docuseries or the rehearsals like some kind of teaser leading to the little tour and the docuseries release.

I think and hope they align the docuseries with the album release window. Let's say it will be like 6 episodes long like Taylor's, so maybe the first two on the release week?

yes re the interviews. i mean if we cant get a Variety-esque one thats fine. radio interviews here and there would help a little too i guess. idk i might be selfish but i wanna hear her talk abt the album & single and not let this fall into the CTS-AAY treatment back then 🥲

Oh, God we've waited far too long and her team needs to do their job cause most fans didn't even got tickets for the tour so they need to do something to keep the momentum going and the trailer and a few interviews here and there might do the trick.

 

Edit: Even though a little clip of her singing WDAMO would make people talk and who knows, it might go viral.

Then for the second week, in-store signings should be arranged to secure a second week at #1 on the albums chart.

I can't believe the queen of Giving Nothing came back with this weak single! I have have high hopes for the album, but I'm afraid it will be a it too "down to earth".

Yes I hope the tour gives her the extra confidence to go perform on TV again. Maybe an iconic return to the Today Show stage? (Although I don't know if that's a thing anymore...)

 

I also need her to do Seth Meyer's day drinking segment! Would love to see her on Kimmel and Fallon since I don't think she's done either before. I think she'll definitely be back on Kelly's for at least an interview since she loves her.

I would love to see that happening. 

 

She appeared on Jimmy Kimmel multiple times before though. At least once in 2005, then in 2007 during the release week of Dignity, and she even performed Stranger and With Love there. She also had an appearance in 2009 or 2010 to promote Elixir and/or According to Greta.
