I kinda agree the teaser is like useless. She should have just surprised dropped the first music video at midnight and get good buzz again for the album and even more streams. At this point putting so many random snippets on her youtube page is getting weird. When the real thing comes, wont it get lost a bit? anyway i'm sure they have a big plan so i'll let them execute it but sometimes less is really more.

any/every time Bey releases something, a small group complains. It’s nothing new. 9/10 they usually flip.

It’s not about flipping. Of course we are going to be excited when the videos finally drop but doesn’t mean I like the strategy or have to agree with it.

This proves literally nothing  some ppl just can't admit they were wrong. Makeup is touched up during shooting all the time 

 

Also what is the point of their tweet? We're going to be "very surprised"... how? Bc its a double? Which would obviously be for Bey's project anyway? They probably were one of the ones who said it wasn't her bc they thought the ass was flat or something 

I’m starting to believe the 20th rumour.  I don’t think she would put a teaser then nothing for another month. Why a Saturday though?

So THIQUE could have ended up on BEYONCÉ Platinum Edition. It kinda makes sense. With a few tweaks it would fit right in.

The teaser is not useless. I understand some of our impatience, but there are millions and of casual fans who aren’t holding on to every move who will see this and understand the visuals are impending and get excited!

 

I agree with the poster who said it’s definitely coming by next week. She wouldn’t release a teaser for the visual album more than a week in advance. Next Friday or 8/20!

Those visuals are immaculate, and I loved the ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ reference. Love that she’s teasing, I gasped when the video ended. I need them now!!

I respect that. I think the base should be a space for all opinions. You could hate it all, and it wouldn’t faze me. At the end of the day, we’re all here to support bey (even if we disagree).

It’s a little weird tho seeing how worked up ppl are getting in the other thread over a little less than 2 minutes of video… this is obviously an assurance that a visual version of Renaissance is coming. And she’s never one to show her hand before the release of a project - it is clear from the teaser that a lot has gone into the visual component of Act 1

and I have a feeling it is coming August 20th as some ppl have been predicting.

I kinda wouldn’t be surprised if she doesn’t drop all 16 at once but does 2 videos or 4 videos a month until she goes on tour
