Lemonade did 653k first week. And that was without physical albums or pre-orders. Idk how some people can expect this album to do 200k or less….. You’re expecting a -70% decrease?

 

We have pre-orders on our side this time. Even if it does half of Lemonade (327k) that’s a huge success. 200k is way too low of an estimate.

Changing my prediction of 150k to 300k, release the wiggle! (Ha)

I’m already predicting the bloodpoop track to be a dud but lemme remain positive

It's a preemptive defense mechanism so if it flops they can say we weren't expecting it to be a big success anyway

Then again Adele’s first week sales from ‘25’ to ‘30’ was a -75% decline. But I’m not sure if it’s comparable since ‘25’ was an anomaly.

I dont think Beyoncé will be involved (maybe she’ll send a cute video) but I can see them do a Beyoncé themed runway (even though the queens have been referencing Beyoncé more than anyone else in the show’s history)

I doubt she'll be on the show but she's one of the coveted divas and is regular mentioned on the show so yeah.

So did Gaga from BTW to ARTPOP and Drake's latest. The thing is, these artists served the same bop and people got tired of it so of course they won't invest in their next releases.  B's first week sales we're always consistent with a minor second week drop and she always served quality since ST.

Well I'm looking at what Drake did with CLB and he only did 46k albums last year. Compare that to his 2016 release. Donda did 37k. These guys have sold 1 million in a debut week while Bey has not. 

 

So I'm taking the market into account. Pure sales are dead and I'm unsure of what an older artist like Bey could bring in after she's stifled her previous releases.

I can totally see Beyonce on Drag Race.  Their budget must be massive these days and they love having huge stars on for their premiere, plus they always film in the summer so she could have done it this past month after BMS was released before the album dropped.  
 

I can also see a “Night of 1000 Beyonces” runway and a BMS lip sync.

It might sound silly to say but I do gage some of the excitement based off tik tok (which a lot of mainstream stuff comes from now) and there hasn’t been that much engagement. When Taylor/Adele were releasing I saw so many videos dissecting lyrics/video, or just vibing to the song on my for you page. She needs to engage those platforms more for that sort of metric to accurately reflect her power though.

 

Taylor uses TikTok, that helps users know to expect stuff, again no diss to Bey, she did the same thing in her own era with shows like TRL and 106 & Park.

Not crunchy Michelle Visage checking for Renaissance!!!  She better throw it some steams fr when it drops

 

If Bey ever made a drag race appearance it will be like Naomi Campbells stint this season where she came out and gagged the girls on the runway, coached them on their runway walk, and left the building. I can see Bey surprising them on the runway, coaching them through their talent show number and exiting immediately after lol. She isn’t the type to ever guest judge on a panel or anything like that. Very much her one American Idol appearance type of thing. 
 

And if she isn’t appearing on Drag Race, my money is still in Ru being featured in a scene in one or several of the visuals for Renaissance(and maybe as a mutual exchange that’s why she has so many solo songs suddenly cleared on Drag Race.

 

Having said that, I can’t wait for I’m That Girl to be a lip sync song on the show

True but If she also just showed her face or talked about the album on video like Adele did that would make the world of difference. 
 

Maybe arthive is right and I should just stop stressing about it.
