I dont wanna brag too much, but I just experienced the best CC Tour.

 

When I tell you the whole Jay-Z moment felt like 70.000 people erupting at the same time and then it kept going with the original CIL and Drunk in Love..and then the hits medley came on. Just wow, wow, wow. Wh

 

Bey was also serving so hard - both vocally and performance-wise. She left her vajooj on that stage like there was no tomorrow. And she looks STUNNING, every outfit was a 10/10. Blue was completely gagged after Deja Vu with how loud we were. It was just incredible and YES, it was a better show than Renaissance. It felt like I saw glimpses of the old, ferocious, hungry Beyonce, merged with the new Beyonce, the legend and Diva who knows how to pace herself.

Almost every song sounded like a certified hit. These heaux can post all they want about streams this, streams that - that stadium KNEW the songs. 

The way people KNEW the lyrics to Bodyguard, Alien Superstar, Heated, Cozy, Ya Ya, Jolene, Buckin, 2 Hands 2 Heaven... I mean cmon. Hitsingers these days dont get that response that Bey gets for these album tracks

The way she OWNED the Country genre. She IS Country.

 

American Requiem literally made me cry, the way she MURDERED Jolene live, the entire concept of CC was meant to be performed live. Ya Ya was Bey at her best, no denying here. Texas felt like such a massive hit, Bodyguard slapped, SHB was insane, 2H2H had the gorgeous outro... ugh, I just fell in love all over again. Yes ALBUM OF THE YEAR, YES TOUR OF THE YEAR

 

Also we dont talk enough about how KUNTY the countrified Formation performance is

I was gonna say this. She literally OWNED Country with this tour. She did something Country hasn't had or ever done in AWHILLEEEE! And of course it's BEYONCÉ out of all people to be the one to revolutionize this genre. Imagine making the initiative to dedicate a revolutionary/groundbreaking album and  tour and trail blaze something so new for a genre that literally is the most racist genre. 
 

She outdid every country artist out rn and it's absolutely WILD!

I'm not saying they shouldn't retouch her photos, it's completely normal and ok, I retouch images for a living. The problem is they're turning her into Blue. The idea and whole point of retouching an image is that the average person shouldn't be able to notice that the editing was there. Someone is doing an awful job and they're getting paid to do it.

 

Also, this didn't happen on the US shows. I don't know if they changed the person in charge when going to Europe (which would be weird), but it only started happening since London. Go look at her Instagram.

 

As someone who's very passionate about what they do, this makes me very angry.

Im still shook at her vocal performance in American Requiem. Sing *****, SING!

THE vocalist of our generation. Nobody is seeing her vocally. Too bad she never performed it at an award show. That + Ya Ya would've become instant Top10 performances of her career.

 

Also: I'm always surprised to see how many people (AND fans) do not get the message of CC nor the tour. They see the American flags and symbolism and think "oh shes so proud to be American" when its literally the opposite: She's deeply criticizing the US for what it has become and how it's lost its greatness. Shes literally opening both the tour as well as the album with a requiem, she sings the National Anthem over a version that was performed as a protest during Woodstock. Like, its all there (also in the imagery she paints when we see her in the colors of the flag and with the blue paint that makes it look like she's crying). Shes quite literally saying f. u. to the US. And using Country as a genre to do that is just the icing on the cake. Genius

i was worried abt this when the dates first dropped. i wish she had them scheduled for July 5-6 instead. prayers its another smooth show.

Keep in mind that just last week protestors were encouraged to wear and fly the AMERICAN FLAG instead of any other flag, mostly for protection against police and ICE agents…

 

People's constant need to cancel and over-criticize Beyoncé has nothing to do with her wearing the American flag. The same ppl criticizing her today, criticized her for "being divisive" in 2016 for paying tribute to the Black Panthers. And they will be the same ppl "tomorrow" criticizing her for messages that go right over their dumb ass heads. Oh well…Beyoncé always wins in the end
