Bruh I didn't realize that she was the first black person EVER to win Best Country album?? That's both astounding and ridiculous smh.

It really shows how important her intentions and what she said in her speech are. Genre really has been used as a way to box artists in - especially black artists. It's why Rihanna would always be nominated in R&B categories with music that was blatantly pop.

Wow I am as shocked as her, after the stunts they have been pulling, especially in the preshow. I didn't expect her to win. I was hoping she would. Now my anxiety in all time high cause she may has chance at AOTY?

Why waste your money over that when you can earn it on tour and it's direct interaction with your fans instead.

Well, this isn't really the point of awards show performances. It's to bring awareness and hype to get people to buy the tour tickets/stream. Beyoncé doesn't really need this (which is why she's doesn't perform), but think of it like a "sample" of what people can expect if they bought tickets to a tour.

Not me getting out of work and tuning in the second she won best country album 

 

Remember when we won best dance album for Renny? It was presented so late in the show. Country was presented relatively early this time

Huh? Do they beef? Kacey was a certified beyhive she was always in her instagram comments. I think she stopped when bey didn't use her songs for CC and she definitely looked disappointed about losing this award. Don't make me be team Taylor.
