Sorry my opinion may be controversial, but unless we are at the same or higher level of power as Katy Perry, no regular person online actually has the power to "bully" her. But actual bullying occurs at grade school, at every-day people's work, when someone uses their power to hurt, humiliate, and belittle someone with less power. An anti-bullying protection online fuction should work for those vulnerable people, not just for the mega-rich who have unlimited amount of resources and quite frankly have way more power over us than we ever will have. It's honestly insulting to compare a millionaire getting online criticism to the experience of people who are suffering with little to no support. "Bullying" should not be used lightly.
