And I think a part of it is wanting to own images of herself. Paparazzi owns the images they take. The photographer that she pays allows her to post her own images to social media and she can submit the best looking ones to publications. It was a topic on CBS The Talk a decade ago when it was reported that she sends approved images to publications and told them to take down the bad Super Bowl pics. Everyone on the panel thought she was genius for being able to control her image (literally).

Really mediocre vocals this far in the performances. This music industry is in trouble when it comes to live music. No wonder Beyoncé is not even bothering to performing at award shows anymore. Why waste your money over that when you can earn it on tour and it's direct interaction with your fans instead.
