Now that would be an innovative idea, especially from the likes of an actual tour. Artist usually put more into a tour than stand alone shows or festival shows. The level of production would be insane on a livestream through a platform as Netflix. 

Since they are looking more into making this a reality, I think it's perfect to use her as their flagship artist. It's also a dead giveaway that they edited "Beyoncé Bowl" to officially announce her tour, taking into consideration the performance has over 60M views. Her partnership with Netflix is deeper than 3 projects at this point.
