I'm torn. 

 

I am 300% endorsing of her not letting them play with her wig too much. Her mantra is and should continue to be: "do right by me (AOTY etc) and I'll do right by you. Until then, I'll see you in the middle of the show, collect my comparably minor awards, and bounce".

 

Doing something as big as Halftime just weeks before in a way sends a message that she really doesn't "need" to do the Grammys.

 

At the same time, as a fan raised on her performing EVERYWHERE and so many of my favorite moments being those live performances, I definitely feel like the politics of ish is cheating us out of more moments.

 

But sometimes, taking care of business/image is paramount. 

 

It's already embarrassing having her front row clapping for these basics as they win these awards she should be taking. Imagine going to all the effort performing and the same ish happens. Nah.

Hopefully not. The first half of CC is very slow. We don't need the full album on this tour.

I honestly don't think so, this is not the VMAs. It would be like the Oscars leaking Best Picture. They make such a huge deal about secrecy and prestige.

No. Some **** like the VMAs? Sure.

But I would imagine Grammys voting is done like the Oscar's, where it's handled by a third party accounting firm, and only like two people at that firm know the winners ahead of time.

It's very easy to predict once they announce which categories are announced on the pre-show and which are on the main telecast.

 

If any of the country categories are announced to be on the main show it's a wrap, she's losing.
