The way we were expecting all 3 acts to have 16 tracks like Ren but she completely blindsided us with 27, and now there's no way to know what to expect for act iii. It could be 10 songs or it could be 30.

I'm actually gagged by Renaissance all over again like it sounds even better now. Beyoncé how the hell did you make a country album compliment a dance album so well? Only she could do that.

I am still too overwhelmed to properly comment but this album is not for the GP its literally for students of music.

It is a HISTORY LESSON, pointing to the past, dwelling on the current and pivoting to the future.

It literally is not supposed to be catchy , cute or normal or even 'enjoyable' at some parts, its a literal ART STATEMENT.

I don't think that eludes to the visuals not coming soon. I never thought all of the songs on RENAISSANCE would be on the album, and if they are, then there's most definitely some songs trimmed down and used more for transitions into another segment

 

GUESS WE HAVE TO BUY THE COLLECTOR'S EDITION VINYL WHEN IT'S RELEASED TOO

why would they when we have a whole other act left? we basically learned last night that the visuals are going to connect the acts together. 

 

the stage set from the AMEN lyric video is seen in the IM THAT GIRL teaser, our first connection of the two worlds. the songs also transition into one another, and Beyonce confirmed CC was supposed to be before renaissance.

 

at this point we just have to be patient and let the whole project play out tbh

Renaissance originally being act 2 makes so much sense why she was filming videos so late. They probably already filmed cowboy carter and wasn't done with renaissance. 

She couldve said  that she had to switch albums around and visuals are TBD instead of releasing a trailer and making fun of us with a tour interlude and "you are the visuals"

definitely makes sense that this came first for her. she's been working on it for so long
