16 Carriages has me in a chokehold  I have been listening NON STOP since it was released. It's been a really long time since I've had such an instant reaction to a song. The bridge is absolutely heavenly. Texas is definitely a cute bop but I'm not going back to it as much at the moment. 

 

BUT if she doesn't announce those Aus/Brazil tour dates soon ISTG...

Everyone has been throwing out House, Funk, Afro, Pop beats to see which would stick the hardest on the wall, and though there were a lot of great songs and albums, Beyoncé simply did it for, again! I think because so much time and care was given to this project, it translated into the overall sound, quality of production and even with her trying to go against radio. 

 

I feel "RODEO act ii" 😂💀😂 won't translate as well on the charts, besides streaming and social media, or be a huge commercial success in sales, but the music will have everyone on the edge of their seats because it's always good, minus 1 or 2 duds. We're already off to an amazing start "16 CARRIAGES". 

 

I'm hoping Act III is the final film and we don't have to go another 1-2 years waiting for the album and then the film.

Unless what I'm seeing on Wikipedia is inaccurate, there's 6 unique writers for 8 writing credits between two songs.

 

That is concise, especially by act i's standards, which often had ~8 writing credits in one song just for the sampled artists.

Act 3 will be her stepping into her TIna Turner essence a commercial repeak at the age of 45 

I remember saying a few pages back though her not liking the final visuals for Act I and reshooting them could've been true, I never though she'd be shopping around an unedited film she did like. After seeing the commercials, which reminds me so much of Pepsi "LIVE 4 NOW" ad with GW, I just KNOW the film will be Immersive with the production and storytelling.  

 

I used to think the film would ve divided like the album, but know I'm scared of what songs will be cut for time on the film. . .or short series 😂😂‼️

Beyoncé could have one co-writer on a song (see Be Alive) and people would still say the other person wrote everything and she just added her name. If it’s a sole credit, she has a ghostwriter. The goal post moves each time.

So TEXAS HOLD EM is doing better worldwide. Interesting

RENAISSANCE should stay on Billboard 200 for at least another couple of weeks. It’s seeing modest gains on iTunes and Apple Music in the US since yesterday. It’ll be interesting to see how much her discography as a whole gains on Spotify with tomorrow’s update.

Texas hold em is growing on me but I would prefer 16 carriages to take off if one of the songs do. It’s been a while since she’s had a ballad/slower/emotional hit
