It’s all one sided. Beyoncé went to Taylor’s party when she was at her peak in 1989. Now she’s at her movie event when she’s at her repeak. Sure Taylor made a happy birthday video for Beyoncé a couple years ago and physically walked up to Beyoncé to say hi at the Grammys last year but she’s never been to a Beyoncé event. It feels like Beyonce knows Taylor is THE it girl and wants to be in her good graces. And I wouldn’t be shocked if Beyoncé was actually streaming midnights she has a very diverse music taste. I don’t think Taylor streamed Renaissance. Good for Taylor she has every celebrity kissing her ass now even the one we least expected.

Also I made a theory in another thread that Beyoncé was the one to invite Taylor Swift to dinner to congratulate her on her success. Taylor was the one that invited Beyonce to the premiere. Beyonce agreed but only if they set up a duplicate red carpet with no paparazzi. Only Beyoncés personal photographer could take the picture. Then she left before watching the movie. So it was definitely calculated on both ends.

I always thought it was interesting that Taylor Swift was basically the only huge artist that didn’t sign with tidal. Actually idk about gags and purry. And not long before that huge tidal event, I remember Jay Z and Taylor Swift look like they were arguing at the award show in the audience or just talking very loudly to one another, but Taylor looked annoyed. I was trying to get her to sign on and she disagreed. And finally, I thought it was super shady that she eventually signed onto Apple Music not long afterwards

Kiiiiiiiiii I’m not even mad at this post. I don’t agree with all of it but I hate that her team seems to be doing the most. When they can’t even do this much for the actual era. 

 

Ultimately it won’t do anything for bey’s movie or promo outside of positive news for a couple of days. I think they wanted cover two criticisms from each side. Impact and competition/sales. This was a perfect way to show “woman supporting woman”. 
 

This is giving ice spice collab. Taylor’s team is impeccable.

This is not ANYONE, this is the biggest popstar in the world right now and Bey and her just both set unprecedented tour numbers. Believe me, they TALK, even if it is just business. Taylor's AMC deal probably literally saved Bey paperwork because she didn't need to get them to agree with terms Tays lawyers already negotiated based on their level of fame.

 

BEY did the SAME THING for Taylor years ago when Fri became the release date for all new releases thanks to Self-Titled, and im sure like Taylor mentioned, Beyonce (who tends to keep her eye on women especially in the industry) has given her tons of tips and tricks over the years.

 

I do think its promo too, but that is business after all.

Maybe Taylor used Halo bc it went w the theme of the post.
