Called it 7 months ago about how she should stop submitting her albums. That would speak volumes.  They already lost their credibility with Macklemore winning over Kendrick a decade ago.

Bey's peers, ESPECIALLY the ones who are rappers & other R&B artist do not vote for her in the main categories. She only has 1 main win ever and that was because Single Ladies was just too big to ignore. 

 

Maybe one day they will give it to her but from what I know, I don't see it for now. She could do everything right and still lose because for some reason her success bothers a lot of people...and some peers 👀. They move the goal post for her. They'll just continue to give her Grammys in categories that aren't the main dish.

If I were Bey, I would never acknowledge the Grammys again  let her label submit her music and collect 1-2 trophies every year but that's it.

First it was Beck because it’s a legacy award. Then it’s Adele because you know, it’s Adele. What’s the excuse for this time?  She has the most critically acclaimed album of the year (again), 1 #1 hit single and 1 top 10 currently being played on radio. They just don’t want to give it to her and ahe will never win. She knew that and accepted that by posting on her Instagram after winning 4 awards. It’s time for some of you to accept it too.

Literally would have been fine with literally anyone else besides that walking fashion disaster winning the award, what a f*cking joke thank god I didn’t watch this garbage dump live

Yes pretty much lol. Seeing casuals get codes while die-hards get waitlisted was hard enough, but the AOTY robbery was just the cherry on top of a ROUGH day in stan world.

Also yeah I think Bey will never stop submitting to the Grammys so we will really just never know peace Ever.

I don’t know why I’m actually mad. It was the likely outcome after all. I guess as a fan, I want her to get that achievement because she works so hard and improves with every album like none of her peers do. And I know she really wants it too. It’s the one award truly in the arena of her talent as an ALBUM artist that hasn’t been bestowed upon her. They basically give that award to anybody, but not to the most awarded Grammy artist ever? It’s wack, it’s predictable and it’s racist. 

 

I’m glad she made history and all. No one can take that from her. But yes, I am ready to move on from the shammys. After 4 losses enough is enough.

I mean that’s apparent. Looking at just the four anon voters interviews, you can tell that’s the case. 
 

I’m sure her peers are all very jealous of her 

She submits because of her collaborators, she wants them to have their shine some never would be nominated without her and i understand that but at some point Bey will have a decision to make. 

Bey’s album needs minimal writing credits, several hits, and crossover appeal to be successful, and even then she still may lose because someone else that year has a bigger commercial year or other voters find her uppity. It is what it is at this point.
