I think they’re just spacing out the drops so it weaves into act ii which is coming sooner than we think. As one whole cohesive era rather than each being their own. I can’t imagine her having 3 tours for 3 acts.

I just wonder how she's going to space out acts ii and iii for the grammys. Because I think they'll both be out by summer 2023

They’re either going to cannibalise each other or act iii will end up being a longer anticipated wait. I think she’s just going to end up competing with herself.  I just have a feeling her next tour will be one of her longest tours ever to make up for the missed years during covid. 

Is it safe to say Chloe has an image problem at this point? She's constantly getting clowned on social media which would be fine if the music was performing well, but it's not. 

 

I respect Bey has let them be themselves and make their own decisions, but I imagine as a businesswoman and CEO she has to be aware of the disconnect

 

 

We’re in an era where albums don’t last like they used to. It’s really smart of her to do this trilogy where an abundance of music nowadays is encouraged to keep relevance. I don’t see Renaissance as its own era even though it’s more than good enough to be, but rather a third of the pie over the course of like 18 months. We are just not used to a lot of music coming from Bey in a short period of time. 

I'm smiling reading the posts because this is like a Deja vu to fans who actually pay attention. When Beyoncé is on a boat chilling with her family like that in the middle of an era, while her fans are losing it everyday, it literally means greatness is coming. The visuals i'm sure they are done but Beyoncé had a plan all along i'm sure of it now. I believe she took the visuals to the next levels once again because when people think Bey is done evolving, she just break through another door. I believe the music videos are so next level she knows whenever they are released, it will spark another storm and reboost the hype. Once people see the visuals for each song, they will probably go stream that album even more and you will watch the album go #1 again, at least one more song go #1 and she wont even need to say one word to restart the madness.

The average person is not sitting around waiting for visuals to drop, it’s not like they’ll help boost the songs that much. If she posts them on youtube it’s a dead platform, if she releases it as a visual album on other streaming platforms, it’ll just get pirated like Black Is King. What matters is that we’re getting the visuals in the first place, and frankly with 2 more albums heading our way I don’t care for getting flooded with content, I will gladly wait

I’m trying to give Chloe the benefit of doubt since Bey was heavily criticized of “doing too much” early in her solo career but the difference is, at least Bey had good music and success to back her up against that hate train. Every song post Have Mercy sounds so mediocre to me wishing her luck but at this rate I’m waiting for Halle to drop some stuff instead.

I think Chloe has yet to find her identity and she is still young so she is searching for it. In the meantime since she has been fan of Bey and probably watched her career, she is trying to take some things from her sometimes but she is not doing it by adding her own touch, so it comes out a bit forced and weird.

 

 Halle is more natural with it and seems more artistic and genuine. She doesn't force it so much. 

 

I still think Bey should have tried to create a girl group with these girls, maybe find another or two members. It would have taken the pressure off a bit and make things more easy perhaps and with Bey's experience with DC maybe she would could have helped them to stay close to each other and not get into drama. That's where i think Mathew could have been helpful. Hiring him in Parkwood to help develop new talent would be a smart business move. I sure hope by now he has learned to stay out of trouble and just focus on work.

She's chilling on a yacht, it means everything is ready to her Virgo's satisfaction tbh.

Im just not sure if I would consider her rather delusional or stupid. Because the decisions she and her team make when it comes to holding us as fans over (and the GP) until the next big thing drops are bad. There's no other way to put it.

I think Apple Music is bigger but Spotify is growing exponentially. The #1 song used to get 20-30k streams 2 years ago and now they can get 60-100k streams.

 

Luckily for Bey, she does well on both platforms. She still has 7 songs in the Spotify top 200 and 10 on AM top 200 (despite the DJ Khaled bomb)

She might not submit Renaissance in album categories and then pack the three acts together as one project digitally and just submit that for 2024.

It takes a really special person to have created one of the best albums of the 21st Century and yet destroy all its potential with the worst rollout the industry has ever seen. A really special person.

 

This is a monumental **** up. I’m embarrassed for her because she clearly doesn’t understand marketing nearly as well as she thinks she does. 

 

She has until Friday before my dragging of her truly commences. She is getting on my last damn nerve always trying to be different and edgy. Release the ******* visuals and stop playing! 

I think we need a public statement from hers that goes:

 

"Dear Hive,

I've done it all and I truly feel like ive achieved everything ive ever dreamed of and more. I feel accomplished and happy. Whatever I do now in my career is me just following my passion. Dont expect anything. I don't care for charts or numbers. Maybe the next Album comes in a year or 10. My promo wont make sense because there is no sense to it. I just want u to enjoy whatever I create. I wont follow any timeline because I dont need to stress myself anymore. If u like it, u do, if u dont, u dont. Just do as u please. Even if only 10 people enjoy my music, im happy.

I wonder whats going to give Renaissance legs. I don't think a film will do much since only the Hive checks for those lbr. Homecoming and BiK didn't pull spectacular ratings and streaming services gatekeeping the visuals was a bad idea when they could just be accessible on Youtube.

 

She needs to push Alien Superstar like.. immediately for that #1. Heated could be another one with a Drake feature.

Do you think it’s becuz she’s not conventionally attractive? Cause I don’t see how she’s doing anything different from what Rihanna did early in her career when it came to showing off her body. 
 

Maybe better music will fix it and ppl won’t care about how she chooses to express herself?

It's absolutely finished now, just being edited I'm sure.

 

We know that she probably pulled the booklet visuals from the film, it seems apparent with the ITG video.  So did she shoot more pieces later, do some reshoots?  I'm sure Alien was shot after the album was out.  Andrew and several others were posting stuff that looked like it was for an apparent shoot, and tagging AS all over it.  Did she change some stuff, or just add more later? 

 

Also, are we getting the visuals BEFORE or AFTER the other acts?  Per Variety (which they've had some info), ACT II is coming before Christmas. 

 

If she doesn't release visuals until way later, she really needs to send another single out or something.

This is news to me  Chloe is just objectively a bit cringe, in the way we all were at her age. We just didn't have our Myspace or whatever profiles followed by millions of ppl.

 

I think the image problems will fade once she has a proper huge breakout era. Then she'll also feel less pressure to try so hard to cultivate an image.

Chloe Bailey is a gorgeous conventional beauty. That shouldn’t be questioned.

 

It’s the hyper sexual dancing and the energy she puts behind it. It just gives raunchy as opposed to sexy when it’s a Bey or Rih visual. 
 

If she would diversify her subject matter, that would help a ton. 

 

Also y'all  hang it up. This era is done, singles-wise. It's just visuals in the next month, and then waiting for Act 2. The bag was fumbled with Cuff It which should've been pushed right away with album release, Alien Superstar which should be getting pushed right about now riding the viral popularity & leading up to a showstopping VMA performance, and Heated which could've been a perfect Fall smash... But oh well, we made out better than expected with BMS. I'm just pleasantly surprised she didn't remove it from streaming during album release week like she probably wanted to
